Vibratory Shear Enhanced Membrane System

The vibratory shear enhanced membrane system installs the membrane module in a vibrating system, When the vibration system starts to work, the vibrating disk will generate a vibration frequency about 50Hz and a corresponding torsion angle of high frequency torsion vibration. The exciting force is transmitted to the membrane module through the torsion bar, which generated strong shearing force on the membrane surface inside the membrane module, prevents clogging of the membrane process, increases filtration efficiency, reduces the number of membrane cleanings, and extend membrane life.
